1 RULE MODIFICATIONS

1.1 CLEARANCES

MALINTA - Trains from Flat Rock Subdivision do not require clearance.

1.2 TRAIN REGISTER MODIFICATIONS

2 INTERLOCKINGS

2.1 Railway crossing at grade N&W.... Mileage 6.9 .... semi-automatic be governed byspecial Instruction 6.1.

3 EQUIPMENT RESTRICTIONS

3.1 Cars exceeding 263,000 lbs. gross must be covered by handling instructions.

3.2 All 6 axle locomotives prohibited from entire Subdivision.

3.3 Special Instruction 7.25, cars containing flammable compressed gas applies entire Subdivision.

4 PUBLIC CROSSING AT GRADE

4.1 All movements must approach State Route No. 110 located at mileage 6.4 prepared to stop. This crossing must be protected by a member of the crew warning traffic in advance of the movement unless the automatic warning devices are seen and known to be operating.

4.2 All train and locomotive movements over Oakwood Ave. mileage 7.1 Napoleon must be preceded by a member of the crew who will act as flagman until crossing is occupied by movement.

4.3 All movements must approach State Route No. 108 located at mileage 7.5 prepared to stop. This crossing must be protected by a member of the crew warning traffic in advance of the movement unless the automatic warning devices are -seen and known to be operating.
