CSX 9992 leads a Special Inspection Train shown here Eastbound @12:32p 2/17/00 approaching Stark Rd MP CH20.86. He was using the Symbol P941, arriving much earlier than the original plan. I was out to the Senate Coney Island (one of the areas finer dining establishments) scoring some chili for lunch, hoping to pick up on his location by monitoring the Radio traffic. I heard him call out signals at Lilley Rd and Main street and realized that this train was already in town. The dispatcher had him lined around the Toledo Wye without delay. With no time to get back to Eckles rd which would have been my first choice for a location, I determined that Stark Rd was the best alternate.

A word of caution about lesser grades of film. This was shot using Kodak Gold 100 which is a good quality snapshot film. Using the Electric Tower at Stark for a makeshift tripod I shot several frames when the train came around the curve. The large grain of the film made the shots unusable when enlarged.
